CQC & Quality
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England. They register care providers and monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. After assessing a provider, the CQC publishes an inspection report and gives an overall rating. Services can be rated “Outstanding”, “Good”, “Requires improvement”, “Inadequate” or “Not rated” depending on how well they perform against five key questions: are they safe, effective, caring, responsive and well‑led?
Our registration
Help to Live NW Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide home‑care services. As part of the registration process, the CQC assessed our policies, procedures and management to ensure we are likely to deliver safe, effective, caring, responsive and well‑led support. We are currently awaiting our first full inspection; once that takes place, our rating will be published here and on the CQC’s website.
Quality Commitment
Being regulated by the CQC is one element of our commitment to high‑quality care. We also invest in continuous training for our team, maintain clear policies for safeguarding and confidentiality, and seek regular feedback from clients and their families. Because every person’s needs are different, we tailor our support to ensure it enhances independence and dignity at home.
